William E. McNeil Jr

William E. McNeil Jr. is a retired service-disabled veteran. He is a multi-faceted leader with an extensive military career including 26+ years of experience in intelligence across five different disciplines and specializations in Training and Development, Team Leadership, and Data Analysis.

As a Battalion Command Sergeant Major. William is well-versed in ensuring ongoing mission preparedness through continuous professional development, mentorship, and support. He received his Bachelors in Professional Business Management from Excelsior College. He then completed the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Course. This course prepared him for leadership positions in interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational organizations. William is also Lean Six Sigma certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Cyber Operations Planner certified by the Department of Defense (DoD).

William has years of experience and training which make him uniquely qualified to lead Tretek Systems in its mission to mitigate risk and innovate solutions for your company or agency.

Travis K. McNeil

Travis McNeil has 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting IT solutions for several commercial companies and multiple federal agencies in the Washington DC metro area, locally known as the DMV. Distinguishing himself as an independent thinker, and problem solver with innovative solutions, Travis rose from being a Network Operation Center(NOC) operator to a Systems Engineer in four short years.

Travis is a Subject Matter Expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM). As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), he has designed, implement, and maintained many of the (IAM) systems in our Federal Government Agencies such as the United States White House and the US Department of Justice. He also has extensive experience working in virtual environments such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, and hardening systems according to the Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) created by the (DoD).

Mr. McNeil received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Strayer University. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Certified Cisco Network Administrator (CCNA). The training and experience protecting high-value systems (HVS) in the United States Federal Governments' most critical facilities over the past 25 years has prepared Travis to innovate solutions in these specialized environments allowing them to operate optimally and efficiently for years to come.

Daryl McNeil

Daryl McNeil is a United States Army Veteran. Who was awarded the National Defense Medal the Parachutist Badge, Army Achievement Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal. While in the US Army, Daryl worked extensively with Communications and Cryptographic equipment, receiving his Qualified Military Occupational Specialty 35 E (Cryptographic equipment repair). This training made Daryl an expert with Routers, Switches, Network protocol, and configuring the Wired/Wireless infrastructure.

Daryl enjoys innovating solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This led him to invest considerable time in learning virtual and cloud-based architectures such as VMware and Amazon Web Service (AWS). As an IT Systems Engineer, Daryl engineers and automates practical cloud and hybrid architectures, which provide solutions based on our client's current and future requirements.

Mr. McNeil is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, and is CompTIA Security + certified. He can develop applications in Python, C++, and R as well.
